A little while ago, I was invited to a fashion show called #FusedRI. Last night was the black & gold event, and this is what I wore. I think for the first time ever, I’m wearing a head-to-toe Nasty Gal outfit. I loved the combination of the feather jacket with the gold dress so much, and I’ve been having so much trouble not wanting to pair these awesome pumps with everything.

When I first saw the jacket, I thought it was faux fur but it ended up being made of feathers. They kind of drift all over the place but I seriously don’t think I could’ve found a better shape in a jacket. Love this thing and can’t wait to wear it out some more. (It might make an NYE appearance depending on the weather!)

The event was a bustling production with everything from fashion by local designers to belly dancers and even a contortionist (!!). I think my favorite part was that it was full of supportive family and friends of the show’s producers, performers, and models. I love that kind of stuff so much.

Unfortunately my photos of the event were not that great but keep a look out on Instagram to see what I could salvage. Thank you to Bianca, the designer behind Clothes Horse Clothing (and the show!) for the invitation!
